Important Notice Before Purchase:

  • This mining device is designed to operate and connect to the blockchain network directly via the Helium network through the included hotspot, which connects wirelessly to the mining device. The mining device cannot connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, but it can be connected with an Ethernet cable and operate in the traditional mode without using radio packets. However, we strongly recommend not reverting to the traditional mode, as the radio packet connection provides higher earnings, lower data consumption, and no additional costs due to its direct connection to the blockchain network and real-time block processing. Nonetheless, we have provided an Ethernet port as an additional option for customers who wish to revert to the traditional mode. For more information, please visit the FAQ
  • Please note that the device connects to the Helium network, and it is essential that your country or region is covered by the Helium network. If there is no coverage, you will not be able to connect to the blockchain network except via traditional internet cable. Generally, the Helium network covers the United States and Europe entirely, as well as some areas in the Middle East. Therefore, it is necessary to consult the Helium network map before making a purchase. Open the map, wait for the green points to load, and zoom in on the map to review your area. Are there any hotspots covering your area? If there is coverage, then it is excellent. However, if there is no coverage, you will not be able to connect the mining device to the Helium network. You can temporarily connect it via traditional internet cable and start mining until coverage becomes available in your area. Helium network expansions have been significant recently, and it will ultimately cover the entire world through a decentralized internet of things network.

Please note that the shipping process occurs on a specified date predetermined in advance. We gather orders for a duration of 10 days and designate a day for shipping all orders collectively. This date is indicated on the website, marking the commencement of shipping operations for the current batch. Therefore, please consider bank transfer payments, as they may take 6 to 7 business days. Thus, customers need to submit their orders within 3 days of opening orders for the current batch to enable us to receive and confirm their payment and start shipping their order on the specified date. In case customers’ payments are delayed, and we are unable to ship their order in the current batch due to delayed bank transfers, their order will be automatically deferred to the next batch, and they will be notified accordingly in their account. For further information, please refer to the FAQ section.

The Helium Network is a long-range wireless network that relies on LoRaWAN technology (Low Power Wide Area Network) aimed at providing Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity using decentralized hotspots. The network utilizes hotspots that allow users to create a long-range communication network with low costs and low power consumption, and it is used for cryptocurrency mining. These hotspots provide extensive network coverage for devices connected to the Helium Network, enabling them to transmit data via the blockchain over long distances using wireless communication technologies such as LoRaWAN, and sometimes via cellular networks. For more technical information about the network, visit the Helium Network website.

The Helium Network is used for several purposes, including:

  • Providing Internet of Things (IoT) Connectivity: The Helium Network allows smart and internet-connected devices to exchange data over long distances using LoRaWAN technology. This supports applications such as asset tracking, environmental monitoring, smart agriculture, and smart city management.
  • Cryptocurrency Mining: Cryptocurrency mining devices can connect to the network’s hotspots to link the mining device to the blockchain network instead of using the internet.

In summary, the Helium Network aims to create a robust, cost-effective, and energy-efficient communication infrastructure. It supports diverse IoT applications and enhances decentralization in mining and communication processes.

Connecting to a Helium Hotspot instead of the internet enables direct access to the blockchain network in real-time, allowing for faster processing and significant profit increase compared to traditional mining methods using internet-connected mining devices.
You need a single hotspot for mining, and each hotspot covers a full mile and can support over 30 mining devices simultaneously.
Helium Mobile’s proprietary Dynamic Coverage™ model utilizes both the Helium Mobile Network and the nationwide radio network to provide additional coverage and redundancy. Data speeds may be reduced after 30GB of data usage per month.
Based on typical usage patterns, cryptocurrency mining devices typically consume minimal data. On average, a single device uses approximately 5 megabytes per day, totaling around 150 megabytes per month. This figure may vary slightly depending on the specific device and algorithm being mined.

To access the mining device settings, follow these steps:

  • Initially, connect the mining device to a computer using the cable provided with the device.
  • Connect the device to a power source.
  • Open a web browser and enter the mining device’s IP address, which is typically 192.168.1.1
  • Enter the username and password associated with the device.
  • Access the network settings.
  • Choose “Radio Network.”
  • Press the “Discover” button.
  • The hotspot name will appear.
  • Connect to it easily (no password required).

With that, the mining device is now connected to the blockchain network and ready to be linked to the mining platform.

From the device settings page, locate the “Pool” field and configure it according to the values provided by the mining platform. You can refer to the user manual included with the mining device or visit the technical support section for guidance.
The LoRaWAN network served as the initial foundation for Helium. This wireless network primarily facilitates communication among smart devices with low data requirements. Coverage is provided through entities known as Hotspots. These Hotspots are then connected to the blockchain network through the central network infrastructure.
Helium’s LoRaWAN technology, the combination of the Helium blockchain and LoRaWAN wireless protocol, uses sub-GHz radio frequency between 860 and 923 MHz.
What ports do you forward for Helium? The Helium network uses two ports for network communication: TCP port 44158 and UDP port 1680. For the Helium miner to function properly, you must forward these two ports

The mining device is connected to the hotspot by following these steps:

  •  Connect the hotspot to a power source.
  • Hang the hotspot in a high and suitable location.
  • Turn on the mining device.
  • Access the mining device settings and connect it to the hotspot by selecting the displayed hotspot name.

Once configurations are set, your ASIC miner should be primed for mining. Check the miner’s control panel, usually featuring a mining status page to verify readiness.

A hotspot connects to the Helium network (an alternative to the internet), while a mining device is used for cryptocurrency mining.

The Helium network currently covers most parts of the world, including complete coverage of the United States, Europe, and some regions in the Middle East. Please verify coverage before purchasing from here.

Our engineering teams and experts select the most profitable algorithms compatible with the Helium network. These algorithms are then provided in our store based on their choices.
